These Terms apply to The Posted Studio, provided by ro1dev (the Operator). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of the service
The Posted Studio is a free, on-device tool for creating post visuals. It is not approved, sponsored, or guaranteed by X Corp. or any social platform.
Your responsibilities
- Obtain the rights and permissions required for every name, image, logo, text, and link you use
- Follow applicable law, destination-platform rules, and third-party rights
- Add further context wherever viewers could misunderstand an export as real
Prohibited use
- Impersonation or fabricating a statement by a real person or organization
- False evidence, fraud, threats, harassment, defamation, or election interference
- Presenting disaster, medical, financial, public-safety, or civic misinformation as real
- Infringing copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights
- Misrepresenting the source or context of an export
- Unauthorized access, disruption, unlawful activity, or abusive reverse engineering
Intellectual property
You or the applicable owner retain rights in user-provided materials. Rights in The Posted Studio's name, original interface, copy, and brand assets belong to the Operator or their owners. X and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided as is. The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability, completeness, fitness for a purpose, pixel-identical parity with X, or legal suitability of an export. The service may change or stop for maintenance, platform changes, or events outside the Operator's control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from use, inability to use, publication of exports, or third-party disputes. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
Changes and governing law
Material changes will be posted on this page. These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance.
