The Posted Studio

Privacy Policy

How The Posted Studio handles on-device drafts, local storage, analytics, and future advertising.

Effective and updated September 12, 2026
The Japanese Privacy Policy governs if this translation differs from the Japanese version.

Core approach

The Posted Studio processes post text, display names, handles, avatars, media, and engagement counts on your device by default. There is no user account.

Data stored on your device

  • Editor draft, presentation settings, and image data
  • Language, consent choice, and PWA cache
  • The editor reset restores the draft defaults. Browser site-data controls remove all data, including consent state and the PWA cache

Draft data we do not receive

The Posted Studio does not send post text, display names, handles, uploaded media, engagement counts, or exported images to an application server. A third party's policy applies if you open an external link.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after consent. Google may process pseudonymous identifiers such as cookies, device and browser information, approximate region derived from IP address, page paths with query and hash removed, and allowlisted interaction types. The Posted Studio does not include post text, names, handles, timestamps, engagement values, user-entered URLs, image names, or image contents in analytics events.

You can change consent from the settings button at the lower left. Choosing necessary features only denies analytics storage and stops subsequent The Posted Studio event transmission. Analytics retention follows the property configuration and Google policies.

Advertising

Ads and the AdSense script are disabled at first release. If enabled later, one clearly separated slot will appear outside generated output, subject to appropriate consent and Google's privacy controls.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare Workers serves the site. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, user agents, and request times for delivery and security. The Operator may view sampled request-level diagnostics, but editor drafts are never part of those HTTP requests.

Sharing and retention

The Operator does not sell personal information. On-device retention follows your browser settings. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics settings and policies.

Children

The Posted Studio is not designed for children under 13. A parent or guardian can remove stored site data through the browser.
